Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a nationally recognized litigation firm in Boston to add a Complex Litigation Paralegal to their team. You'll support a steady pipeline of high-stakes matters, including product liability, toxic tort, class actions, and commercial disputes, with meaningful exposure to trial work.

The firm is widely respected for its strength in complex litigation and product liability defense, earning national recognition and top-tier rankings in Vault's products liability category. You'll work alongside highly regarded litigators in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment with hands-on involvement across all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys across all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation/attendance
  • Review and analyze case materials to identify key information and support case strategy
  • Draft and finalize pleadings, discovery, and legal documents while managing large volumes of case files
  • Coordinate case logistics (depositions, hearings, trial prep, travel) and maintain deadlines across multiple matters

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a mid-size to large law firm; paralegal certificate required
  • Experience supporting defense-side complex litigation, including product liability or toxic tort cases preferred
  • Trial preparation experience, including attendance, strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle and ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced caseloads
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems (NetDocuments or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
